The Customer Service Advocate is responsible for working with customers to discuss billing, technical support, and new sales ensuring top-notch customer service within a call center setting.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/PREFERRED

• Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience required

• Minimum 6 months Money Handling experience preferred

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly

• Self-Motivated and ability to handle multi-tasking assignments

• Computer Skills

• Tech Savvy

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED
